Samsung WEP200 ReviewBy Nelson Thing
Packaging
WEP200 resided inside a very small packaging box. I mean really small. It show some hint how small the WEP200 could be. Open up the box, I could see one of the smallest bluetooth headset you can find in the market. It is so small that it actually is same size as my thumb.

Physics and design
WEP200 is made used of the black hard plastic with a big multi-function button at the main facelift. There are volume up and down buttons located at the side of the bluetooth. It is easy to be press and reachable. By just looking at the earpiece, you might think that WEP200 is another bluetooth headset without the ear loop but actually it is not. Interestingly WEP200 comes with a small ear loop but resident inside our ear in order to make sure it firmly attach to our ear. Ear loop itself furnished in soft rubber, and the earpiece which is cover by the soft rubber as well. This design is to make sure comfortability usage for long period of time.

WEP200 is one of the tiny and light bluetooth that I had tested so far. Weighted at 9g, it is light enough to wear it for long period of time.

Mic is located bottom of the headset and facing downward. There is no ESP build in nor noise cancellation exists in WEP200, hence do not expect clean and clear sound quality while in noisy and windy environment.
Ergonomic
As there is no outer ear loop for you to adjust and fit into the ear. It is important that you had to test to insert the earpiece in order to make sure the inner ear loop fit tightly and comfortable inside your ear. The point is to make sure the inner ear loop won't be the thing that bothers your comfortable usage. At first while knowing its size and the way it fit inside my ear, I doubt that it can fit firmly into my ear without fallen off from my ear. It proof that my worry is true. Without the ear loop it fallen off while I get off my car. That was just after 30minutes of testing time. So I strongly urge those who interest into buying this tiny bluetooth headset. Bundle is 3 different size ear buds that are to make sure which fit nicely into your ear. Remember to choose the correct size to make sure it fit nicely and comfortable as the same time won't fall off easily. For your information, I choose the L size (S and M size are included as well).
Performance
Though Samsung is not famous in bluetooth headset as compare to its mobile phone. I found that WEP200 perform very well in voice quality. Thought neither noise cancellation nor digital signal processor build in. The conversation is clear enough for normal usage. Volume is at average, it is low if compare to my Logitech Mobile Traveler that I currently use. In fact the volume is weaker than the Jabra BT160. As I think the mic may be too far from my mouth that cause the other part have problem to hear me clearly.
Connectivity
I have no problem in pairing with my SonyEricsson K700i. Connection is quite stable. Once it is paired and used before with my handphone, if every time I switch on WEP200, it will try to find my handphone and to connect it.

Battery
As claim by Samsung, WEP200 is able to offer 4hours talk time and hours of standby time. Due to it size and weight there is not possible to put in bigger capacity battery, hence WEP200 offer only short period of time. You might need to charge it every 2days like that. For heavy user, charge daily is normal. One thing interesting is that you have to put the headset into the case in order to charge it. The case serves as the charger purpose as well.
